Surprisingly, no. While you'll get some serious debuffs from ignoring your hunger and thirst, like reduced AP regen and taking more damage, you won't actually die from it. It'll just make surviving the wasteland way harder.

Oh yeah, absolutely. Hunger and thirst are real survival elements in Fallout 76. If you neglect eating or drinking, your health will deplete over time, and yup, you can eventually die if you don't find some grub or water soon enough. So, keep an eye on those meters!

Short answer: Yes and no. Your character won't die directly from starvation or dehydration. However, the weakened state will make you an easy target for enemies. So, indirectly, yes.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
