Absolutely! You can download games on your PS5 while it's in Rest Mode. Just head to Settings > System > Power Saving > Features Available in Rest Mode and make sure 'Stay Connected to the Internet' is enabled.

Yep, it works like a charm! As long as you have the 'Stay Connected to the Internet' setting on, your PS5 will keep downloading games while in Rest Mode.
