As long as you claimed the PS Plus games when they were free, you can download them anytime while your subscription is active. Otherwise, nope!

Sadly, once the monthly PS Plus games rotate out, you can't download them unless you added them to your library when they were available.

You can only download old PlayStation Plus games if you 'bought' them when they were free. If you missed adding them to your library, tough luck!
