You can't usually get a refund for Robux or any in-game purchases on Roblox. However, you might have some luck if the purchase was unauthorized. Try contacting Roblox Support.

I once had an issue with a glitchy item and contacted Roblox Support. Took a while, but I got my Robux back. So it's rare, but possible!
