Just boot into Desktop Mode and install Google Chrome or any browser you prefer that supports Roblox. No need to overcomplicate things. Roblox runs in a browser, so it'll run here.
First things first, to play Roblox on your Steam Deck, you need to put your device into Desktop Mode.
