If you're on PC, sometimes you can recover a deleted save from the Steam Cloud. Just check your settings and see if backups are enabled!
From my own experience, sometimes the game auto-saves at different intervals. Check for any auto-saves that might have been made before deletion.
Unfortunately, once it's gone, it鈥檚 usually gone. Always double-check before you hit delete, my friend!
