I've done it myself. Completed a Covert Action and got my captured soldier back safe and sound. Felt amazing!

You bet! Sometimes you'll get a mission to rescue captured soldiers. Keep your eyes peeled in the mission list.

Nope. Once they鈥檙e captured, they鈥檙e done. (But seriously, rescue missions are a thing.)

Captured soldiers can be rescued through specific Covert Actions. Check your mission briefings regularly!
