Short answer: Nope! Wicked Whims is a mod exclusive to the PC version of The Sims 4. Console players are out of luck for this one.

Nah, Wicked Whims is PC-only. Us console players have to stick to the vanilla game.

Negative, Ghostrider. Wicked Whims and other similar mods are a no-go on PS4 due to the closed system architecture. Sad, I know.

Unfortunately, no. Wicked Whims isn't available on PS4 because PlayStation doesn't support mods for The Sims 4.
