You can't directly gift a game on PSN like you can on some other platforms, but you can send them a PlayStation Store gift card! Just buy a card and share the code.

Nope, Sony doesn't allow direct game gifting on PSN. It's gift cards or bust!

I've done this for friends before. I bought a PlayStation Store gift card, emailed the code, and they got whatever game they wanted. Easy peasy!

Unfortunately, PSN doesn't have a gifting feature for games. Best way is to grab a digital gift card and pass along the code.
