No, you currently can't gift games directly on the PlayStation Store. But, you can always send a PSN gift card!

Unfortunately, PlayStation Store doesn't have a gifting option for games or content directly. Just grab a gift card instead!

Not yet! Sony hasn't added a gift option to the PSN Store. Always have PSN gift cards for backup, though.
