Nope, just one PSN account per Twitch handle. If you have multiple PSN accounts, you'll need separate Twitch accounts for each.

Only one PSN account can be linked to a Twitch handle. Trust me, I tried it once and it didn't work.

Unfortunately, you can't link two PSN accounts to one Twitch handle. Twitch only allows you to connect a single PSN account to your Twitch account at a time.
