Unfortunately, there's no way to delete digital games from your PSN account permanently. Once you buy 'em, they're there to stay!

If you're hoping to clear out your library, I've got bad news for you. Sony doesn't let you permanently delete digital purchases. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
