Nope, PS3 discs won't work on a PS4. However, you can stream PS3 games with PlayStation Now!

I've tried it myself, and it doesn't work. PS4 doesn't support PS3 game discs directly.

Unfortunately, you can't play PS3 discs on a PS4. The PS4 doesn't have backward compatibility for PS3 game discs.
