Nope, XCOM 2 doesn't officially support co-op gameplay. You're on your own commander, but there are plenty of mods out there if you're into experimenting!

Sadly, XCOM 2 is strictly a single-player experience. You’ll have to tackle those alien menaces solo, but it's still a blast!

You can't play XCOM 2 in co-op mode. There’s a mod called XCOM 2: Tactical Co-Op that kinda lets you do it, but it’s not official and can be buggy.
