Sadly, MGS4 remains a PS3 exclusive, so you'll need a PS3 to play it.

Nope, you can't play Metal Gear Solid 4 on the PS5 directly since it's not available on the PlayStation Store and doesn't have backward compatibility with PS3 games. Bummer, I know.
