Sadly, Pokémon GO isn't officially supported on Kindle Fire devices. You might try sideloading the app, but it's a bit tricky and still might not work properly.

Not directly. Kindle Fire runs on a modified Android OS, and Pokémon GO needs Google's services. You'd have to mess around with installing Google Play Store first.
