Technically, not out of the box. Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a PlayStation exclusive. That being said, the Steam Deck is pretty flexible. With some workarounds, like streaming from a PS4 or PS5 using remote play, you could play it. It's a bit of a hacky solution, but where there's a will, there's a way!
