You can physically put a PS3 disc in a PS4, but it won't play. The PS4 isn't backward compatible with PS3 discs.

Nope, PS4 can't run PS3 discs. You're better off trying to find a PS4 version of the game or checking digital availability.

I put my old PS3 games in my PS4 once. They didn't work, so I just used them as fancy coasters.

PS3 disc in a PS4? Sadly, it鈥檚 a no-go. PS4 doesn't support those older discs.
