If you permanently deleted your Instagram account, sorry, but it's gone for good. However, if you just disabled it, you can log back in anytime!
Deleted accounts are history. Can't bring 鈥榚m back!
From my experience, you can only reactivate a disabled account. But for a deleted one, better start fresh!
