Nope, deer registration isn't a thing in Tears of the Kingdom. Horses only at the stables, folks. Would've been cool though, imagine riding into battle on a majestic stag!

Absolutely not, and honestly, why would you even want to? Nothing beats a good horse in Hyrule. Deer are just for the aesthetic.

I tried everything to register a deer, thinking there might be a hidden feature or something. Spoiler: there isn鈥檛. You鈥檙e stuck with horses for the long haul, but hey, at least they come in cool colors!

Nah, you can't register deer in Tears of the Kingdom, unfortunately. You can ride them for a bit of fun, but you won't be able to save them at a stable like you can with horses. So, enjoy the ride while it lasts, and maybe take a couple of selfies for the memories!

If you're a Legend of Zelda player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
