Nope, you can't remove someone from a PSN group chat. Best bet is to start a new group chat minus the person you want out.

Unfortunately, PlayStation doesn't allow removing members from group chats. You'll need to create a new group without them.

I’ve tried this before, and sadly, PSN doesn't have an option to boot someone from a group chat. New group chat it is!
