Nope, you can’t do it directly, but the grind to unlock Guru's House is way better than starting over!
From my experience, respec-ing becomes available after you've progressed sufficiently in the game. Guru’s House is the place to go. Make sure you complete the necessary quests!
Absolutely! After reaching a certain point in the game, you can go to Guru’s House and he'll let you redistribute your stat points. It's a bit of a grind, but worth it!
