Nope, if you’ve already downloaded the game, no refunds. Sony is pretty strict about this.

Yes, you can return a PS4 game on the PlayStation Store, but only if you haven’t downloaded or played it within 14 days of purchase. Just visit the PlayStation support page for refunds.

I've done it before! Bought a game and realized it wasn't my thing. Hadn't touched it, so I got my refund within 14 days.
