Nope, Steam doesn't currently allow you to schedule a gift in advance. You'll have to buy and send the gift at the time you want the recipient to have it. But hey, it adds to the element of surprise!

Sadly, scheduling a gift on Steam ahead of time isn't a feature yet. Your best bet is to mark your calendar and play Santa in real-time.

Actually, what I do is buy the game and keep it in my inventory, then send it on the day I want. It's a workaround since direct scheduling isn't an option.
