Unfortunately, once you've built a house in The Sims FreePlay, there's no option to sell it. You can, however, demolish it to free up space for new projects.

Nope, can鈥檛 sell houses in The Sims FreePlay. Just like real life, only without the paperwork!

Trust me, as a long-time player, you can't sell houses, but demolishing them can be oddly satisfying!
