Nope, soloing Mega Scizor in Pokemon GO is pretty much impossible unless you're a Pokemon master with super-rare, maxed-out counters!

In theory, with optimal conditions and maxed-out counters, someone might have a shot—but it’s generally not recommended to try soloing Mega Scizor.
