Nope, you can't split payments on the PlayStation Store. You'll have to use one payment method per transaction.

As someone who's tried, I can confirm you can't split payments. It's either credit card, PSN cards, or PayPal per purchase.

Unfortunately, the PlayStation Store doesn't offer the option to split payments. You'll need to stick to a single payment method per transaction.
