Yes, you can stand a PS3 Slim on its side. Just make sure it's in a stable spot so it doesn't tip over. I’ve had mine standing vertically for years with no problems!

Absolutely, the PS3 Slim can be stood vertically. Sony even designed it to be placed that way if you prefer.
