Sorry, you can't sync Fitbit to Pokemon GO directly. But you can use the Adventure Sync feature with Google Fit or Apple Health!

You can't sync Fitbit with Pokemon GO. Adventure Sync only works with Google Fit or Apple Health. Bummer, I know.
