You can't trade mythical Pokémon like Mew, Celebi, and Jirachi. They're just too special!

Unfortunately, Niantic doesn't allow trading of Mythical Pokémon to keep their rarity and value.

Short answer: No, Mythical Pokémon aren't tradeable. It's a bummer for collectors!
