Nope, Sony doesn't let you move funds from one account to another. You'll have to use up those funds on the original account.

Straight no, you can't transfer funds between PSN accounts. Trust me, I tried when I accidentally loaded my kid鈥檚 account with $50!

Unfortunately, you can't transfer funds directly between PlayStation accounts. If you have leftover money, you'd better spend it or gift a PSN card to your friend instead!
