You can't transfer a PSN account to another account directly. But you can share games and subscriptions through family sharing on the same console.
I've tried, and Sony's support confirmed there's no way to transfer a PSN account. Create a new account or use sub-accounts for sharing content.
Hot take: You're better off creating a new account and starting fresh. Transferring isn't an option.
