Short answer: No, you can't transfer save files between PSN accounts. It's a major bummer.
Nope, you can’t transfer save files directly between PSN accounts. Sony doesn’t provide this feature. You’ll need to start fresh on the new account.
As someone who went through this, I can confirm you can't transfer save files between PSN accounts. Had to replay my favorite game all over again, which wasn’t too bad!
