Yes, you can upgrade a pre-order on PSN by canceling your current pre-order and then purchasing the upgraded edition. Just make sure to do it before the game releases!

From my experience, you have to cancel your initial pre-order and then buy the upgraded version. Annoying but doable!

You can't technically 'upgrade,' but you can cancel and re-order. It's a bit of a hassle, but it gets the job done.
