Yep, you can level up your weapons, but not in the way you might think. In Fallout 76, you can't directly 'upgrade' a weapon's level like adding XP to it. Instead, if you find a weapon you love but it's not strong enough, you'll need to find or craft the same weapon at a higher level. Crafting and scrapping weapons is a great way to get the mods you want for that perfect build!

Short answer: No, you can't 'upgrade' a weapon's level. You gotta find or make a new one at the level you need.

Actually, yes and no. You can't upgrade the level of a weapon directly, but you can craft or find the same weapon at a higher level. I found this out the hard way after getting attached to an early game weapon only to have to replace it once I outleveled it. The game does encourage you to constantly evolve your arsenal, keeping things fresh!

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
