Nah, not every amiibo gives you cool stuff in Tears of the Kingdom. Stick to the Zelda ones for the best loot. Other amiibos? Meh, it's a surprise box of random.
I've been using my old school Link amiibo from the Super Smash Bros. collection, and it's amazing! Each time, I get gear that throws back to classic Zelda vibes.
