Nope, Overwatch 2 on PS5 doesn’t natively support mouse and keyboard. Gotta stick to that trusty DualSense controller or use an adapter.

I've tried it myself! Overwatch 2 on PS5 requires an adapter for mouse and keyboard setup. XIM Apex works great for me.
