Unfortunately, you can't use a PS4 controller to play PS5 games. You'll need a PS5 DualSense controller for that.

Yeah, you can use a PS4 controller on a PS5, but only for PS4 games. PS5 games need a DualSense.

Tried it myself. PS4 controller works like a charm for PS4 games on the PS5, but PS5 games? No dice. DualSense required.
