Yep! As long as the console is set as your primary PS4 or PS5, any account on that console can play the games bought on PSN.

Nah, each game is tied to the account it was purchased on. Other accounts need to buy their own copy.

Honestly, just set your console as the primary device for the purchasing account and you're golden. Everyone on that console can play.

From my experience, if you set your console as the primary one for the account that bought the game, other users on that console can access and play those games. Happy gaming!
