If you cancel your PlayStation Plus subscription, you lose access to the free monthly games you've downloaded. However, any games you've purchased outright remain in your library.

I canceled my PS Plus last year, and my purchased games stayed in my library. But, I couldn't play the monthly free ones anymore.

Nope, you won't lose the games you bought. But the free ones from PS Plus? You won't be able to play those until you resubscribe.
