Nope, they don't work. I had to buy new ones for PS4.

I tried my old PS3 Rock Band drums on my PS4, and they worked like a charm. Just plug in and rock on!

You can definitely use your PS3 Rock Band instruments on the PS4. Just remember to sync them properly through the USB adapters.
