Nope, they don't matter. It's all for the feels and looks. Pick whatever makes you happy and roll with it!

Honestly, I went with a phoenix feather core because it sounded cool, but gameplay-wise, didn't notice a difference. It鈥檚 all about what vibe you wanna go with.

Totally, wand cores in Hogwarts Legacy are more about personalizing your gameplay experience than impacting game mechanics. Think of it as choosing the aesthetic of your wand that aligns with your wizarding identity. So, while you won't get different powers or abilities based on your wand core, it鈥檚 a cool way to make your playthrough feel unique to you!

If you're a Hogwarts Legacy player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
