Nope, you don't have to eat in Animal Crossing to survive like in some other games. Eating fruit does give you some perks though, like the ability to dig up whole trees or smash rocks. It's more of a strategic move than a necessity!

Absolutely not! The beauty of Animal Crossing is you're free to do as you please. Want to spend all day fishing? Go for it. Redecorating your house? Have at it. Eating is just another optional activity you can do if you enjoy it or need that extra strength boost.

Eating? In Animal Crossing? That's like worrying about filing taxes in a magical kingdom. Nope, your character won't starve, but chomping on some fruit can sure help with your island landscaping projects.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
