Nah, you can still enjoy plenty of games offline. PS Plus is just for the extra features.

You only need PlayStation Plus if you want to access online multiplayer for most paid games and take advantage of their monthly free games and exclusive discounts.

Nope! You don't need PlayStation Plus to play single-player games or free-to-play multiplayer games like Fortnite or Apex Legends.

I鈥檝e been gaming on my PS4 for years without Plus. It鈥檚 mainly for multiplayer and special perks.

Gaming solo or with free-to-play games? No PS Plus needed. But for most online multiplayer, you'll need it.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
