Nah, you don't HAVE to play with others. Fallout 76 is an online game, but you can totally enjoy it solo. The quests, exploring, and building can all be done on your own. It's like you're the lone wanderer of West Virginia, minus the dog companion. Just keep in mind, some events and areas might be tough on your lonesome, but where there's a will, there's a way!

Short answer: No. But, playing with friends or even randoms can add to the fun. Just saying.

Solo player here! I've been playing Fallout 76 since launch mostly by myself and it's been a blast. Sure, I join teams for big events or when I stumble upon friendly folks, but 90% of my time is going solo. The game supports it well, and I've never felt forced to team up to enjoy the content.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
