Nah, online's not a must. But it's a game changer for sure if you wanna show off your island or snag some rare items from others.
Absolutely not required but HIGHLY recommended. You're missing out on a big part of the community aspect without it. Plus, it鈥檚 the only way to get certain items and designs. Trust me, once you start visiting others and hosting on your island, the game reaches a whole new level.
