Just to keep it super simple: No disc? No problem. All you need is a digital download and you're golden.
I've been playing without a disc since launch. All digital, baby! And yes, it's totally legit and safe, no worries about your data being stolen or anything. Plus, you get to jump straight into the wasteland without having to swap out discs.
Actually, I kinda miss having physical copies of games. But for Fallout 76, you really don't need one. Digital is the way to go.
