Nope, Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 was designed for PS2 and Wii, so it won't work on PS3 unless you have backwards compatibility (which only some early PS3 models have).

PS3 owners won't have much luck here – stick to the PS2 or Wii for this classic.

Tried it myself, and unless you have one of those early PS3 models with backwards compatibility, you're out of luck.

Unfortunately, it's a no for PS3. Maybe a remaster or emulator can save the day, but not the original disc.
