Yep, Fallout 76 and Skyrim both run on the Creation Engine. Bethesda updated it for Fallout 76 to handle multiplayer aspects and the vast open world, but at its core, it's the same engine that brought Skyrim to life. So if you've ever felt like you're experiencing deja vu while roaming the wasteland, there's a good reason!

Short answer: Yes. Both use the Creation Engine but Fallout 76's got some tweaks for online play.

Nah, they're basically the same. Both games are running on the Creation Engine. Bethesda just polished it a bit more for Fallout 76 to make all that online stuff work smoothly.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
