No, Guitar Hero won't work on the PS5 directly because the game and guitar peripherals are not backwards compatible. However, you can still play it on a PS3 or PS4 if you have those consoles.

As of now, Guitar Hero isn't supported on the PS5 due to compatibility issues with the game's hardware.

I've tried it myself and unfortunately, Guitar Hero isn't compatible with the PS5. You'll need to stick with older consoles for your rockstar dreams.
